I have been the CEO of Employer Solutions Staffing Group since it was founded in 2005. I am passionate about new business development. I oversee the Company’s strategic direction and coordinate sales efforts, focusing on growth and improving operational efficiencies. I actively manage workers’ compensation risk and claims management.
Prior to working at ESSG, I worked in sales with a Fortune 500 car manufacturer. I began my career as a pilot for Alaska Airlines and have a degree in Aviation Management from Metropolitan State University.

Michael Lillemo brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry. He successfully owned and operated a top-performing staffing franchise for over 23 years, ultimately leading it through a strategic acquisition by EmployBridge in 2024.
Known for his consultative approach and ability to build lasting client relationships, Mike has a proven track record of driving growth, mentoring high-performing teams, and delivering scalable sales strategies. His leadership is rooted in discipline, integrity, and a hands-on mindset developed during his time serving in the U.S. military.
Outside of work, Mike is a proud father to two sons, ages 19 and 21. He’s an avid outdoorsman who has been heavily involved in competitive fishing and the marine electronics world, a passion that reflects his focus on precision, innovation, and performance both on and off the water.
Mike believes success is best measured by the people you impact along the way, and he’s passionate about helping others grow, lead, and achieve their full potential.
