Both MEC Enhanced options include Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC). Preventive care is simple! You get 100% coverage in-network for all preventive services required by the Affordable Care Act, including routine checkups, immunizations, screenings, preventive prescriptions, and COVID-19 vaccines.
You have access to the PHCS Limited Benefit Medical Network. Through this network you have access to 4,500 hospitals, 900,000 practitioners and 84,000 ancillary facilities.

Minimum Value Plan (MVP)
The Minimum Value Plan provides comprehensive medical care to protect you from injury and illness as well as coverage for your annual preventive care visits.
Preventive services are covered at 100% and are not subject to a deductible. For all other services and prescriptions, you must meet a deductible before benefits are eligible for plan payment.
